How to use PowerPoint Slide Master
Welcome back to PowerPoint Training Online, your home for awesome PowerPoint Tutorials. Recently we published an article ‘Why you should be using PowerPoint Slide Master’, in this article we discussed why you should be using slide master and the benefits that it can give you.
The two major points that were made in the article were that it can save you a lot of time, especially if you find yourself using the same theme/template on an on-going basis. You can set logos in a particular location, you can set the base colour theme and even set the font that will used throughout the slide deck. The other point that was made was that slide master will allow you to lock down items. This is handy if you are creating themes/templates for a company or slide deck. You will have the ability to insert items and objects into the slide and they will not be able to be moved, unless the slide writer goes into slide master.
