Welcome back to PowerPoint Training Online, in this weeks Bytesize Monday video we are going to show you how to get a link to a slide. Once you have the link, not only will it share your presentation with somebody but it will also directly open a specific slide within your deck.
This is really helpful if you are working on a presentation and you need feedback frm somebody. Instead of sending them the slide deck and then having to go look for the slide that you want feedback on, just generate a link and they will be able to viw it straight away without any hassle.
There are also options to set it to view only or edit the slide deck. You can also set the link to expire after a certain time frame and finally you can also password protect the link, just in case there is any sensitive data within your deck.
N.B you can only get a link to a slide when you open your slide deck within the PowerPoint web app. This does not work within
